Senior Partner, born 1953
He studied at the University of Berne, Switzerland, completed further post-graduate studies at American and German universities and worked in various Swiss courts. He is the founder and Senior Partner of our law firm. His 25 years of professional experience make him an eloquent consultant and a very successful barrister.
Mr Fischer was chairman of numerous Swiss associations and is active in various social clubs. He was also founder of the Ambassador-Club Zurich City and is its honorary president.
Daniel Fischer is a professor and has a special teaching post for International Economic Crime at the University of Kiew in the Ukraine, at the University of Lublin, Poland, and at the Martin-Luther University at Halle-Wittenberg in Germany in 2003. He has a special teaching post at the ZFU International Business School Zurich since 2007.
He is also an expert of the United Nations commission for international trade law (UNCITRAL) as well as guest lecturer at the european fraud conference at the congress of criminology in London (GB), at the conference of the association of the Compliance Officers, at the economic business school in Luzern and so on.
In addition to this he has the title CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and was and is member of the board as well as training director of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners " of the Swiss Federation and member of various Boards of Administration of several companies.

Partner, born 1954
Graduate of the University of Berne.
From 1982 to 1989 he was head of a non-profit legal aid office in Bern ("Living together") and mainly dealt with family law. Since 1989 he has been a member of the institution's board of trustees. Having decided to work as an independent lawyer, he started to cooperate with Attorney at law Fischer in 1989 by establishing a common law office in Bern. Attorney at law Clivaz is an excellent practitioner and a legal specialist in many domains.
